gzuncompress data error in Preserve Code Formatting Wordpress plugin

If you use the Preserve Code Formatting 2.5 Wordpress plugin with Wordpress 2.8 and see an error like the following:

Warning: gzuncompress() [function.gzuncompress]: data error in /home/david/public_html/geekery.etherknet.com/wp-content/plugins/preserve-code-formatting/preserve-code-formatting.php on line 371

It can be rectified easily by grabbing the beta version and replacing the currently installed version. Refer to the comments at:
